1. Project Information

Supreme Villagio by Supreme Developers offers luxury villas in Somatane, Pune. Project visuals, layouts, and specifications are subject to change without prior notice and as per RERA compliance.

2. Booking Policy

• Booking is confirmed only after receipt of the booking amount.
• Allocation is based on availability and developer confirmation.
• Agreement to Sale must be signed within the defined timeframe.

3. Payment Schedule

• Payments must follow the official payment plan from Supreme Developers.
• Delayed payments may attract interest charges.
• Payments are accepted only through authorized channels.

4. Layout & Visual Representation

All marketing materials are indicative. Final deliverables will follow the approved RERA layout and specifications.

5. Possession & Delay

Possession will be delivered as per agreement. Any delays will be communicated in advance and handled per RERA norms.

6. Cancellation

Cancellation terms are as per the signed booking form. Deductions apply for processing and taxes where applicable.

7. Legal & Compliance

All transactions adhere to RERA guidelines. Buyers are advised to verify details on the RERA website before proceeding.

8. Communication Consent

By sharing your details, you agree to receive project-related updates via call, email, SMS, or WhatsApp from Supreme Developers or their partners.

9. Jurisdiction

All legal matters will be under the jurisdiction of Pune courts, Maharashtra.
